Our cleanroom facilities meet the ISO Class 8 standards and are designed to provide a secure, clean, and controlled environment for assembly, integration, verification, and testing of space-grade and military electronic instrumentation.
The cleanroom is a closed environment with continuous flow of filtered air, effectively limiting sub-micron particle contamination. Floors and walls are designed to protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD), one of the most common causes of failure in electronic components.
Eidel's cleanroom services include optional secured network and purpose built cabinets for secure storage of sensitive electronics and components. We also provide you with relevant cleanroom equipment, such as electrical measurement tools, and protective garments such as lab coats, gloves and hair nets. The cleanroom has a default area of 16m², including airlock. Both ISO class and room size can be adjusted on request for larger projects. The facility is available for both short-term and long-term rental.
