Over the past two weeks, EIDEL has been active across Europe\u2019s major space\u2011industry arenas. We first traveled to London to participate in Space\u2011Comm Expo 2026, an annual space conference held at ExCeL London. The event is one of Europe\u2019s premier industry gatherings, bringing together more than 5,000 attendees, 200+ speakers and over 200 exhibitors from across government, commercial space, defence and technology sectors. The 2026 edition featured six dedicated conference tracks \u2014 including Defence & National Security, Space Tech, and the GEO & AI Summit \u2014 with contributions from leaders across NASA, the US Space Force, UK Space Command, and European national space agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We attended several insightful talks confirming just how deeply modern society depends on space\u2011based services \u2014 far more than most people realize. A recurring theme throughout the panel debates was the rapid growth of the UK space sector and the broader question of how Europe can scale its space industry to remain globally competitive, especially given the pace of development in the U.S. and emerging space nations. During the event, we also held several B2B meetings with potential partners and reconnected with both new and familiar industry contacts. A special thanks go to Babcock who invited the Nordic space sector to a private session Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following week, we traveled to Paris to exhibit at Paris Space Week (PSW) 2026, held 10\u201311 March at Espace Champerret. Paris Space Week a international B2B space\u2011industry event, dedicated to satellite technologies, launch systems, advanced space applications, and industrial partnerships. Each year it brings together agencies, manufacturers, startups, institutional decision\u2011makers and investors from across the global space ecosystem to drive collaboration and accelerate innovation. On the second day, EIDEL presented how environmental and geopolitical developments in the Arctic are reshaping the region, highlighted the sensitivity of satellite\u2011derived data, and emphasized why robust security measures are essential in this context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
