At the UWG, EIDEL and Thales Norway will demonstrate how their combined technologies can securely send crypto variables to Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Mode 5 systems. IFF Mode 5 is a military identification system that uses encrypted interrogations and responses to distinguish friendly forces from potential threats. This system enhances combat identification and reduces the risk of friendly fire incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
